Nicholas Hoult in Talks to Play J.R.R. Tolkien in Biopic

Nicholas Hoult might play “Lord of the Rings” author J.R.R. Tolkien in the upcoming film Tolkien!

The 27-year-old X‑Men: Apocalypse actor is the top choice to portray the famous writer, according to Variety.

Finnish director Dome Karukoski will helm the Fox Searchlight and Chernin Entertainment biopic.

Tolkien will focus on J.R.R. as he “finds friendship, love, and artistic inspiration among a group of classmates prior to the outbreak of World War I in 1914. He served in the British armed forces from 1916 to 1920, then wrote the two novels while working at Pembroke College.”

Gal Gadot's 'Wonder Woman 2' Gets Release Date in 2019!

The upcoming sequel for Wonder Woman has officially been given a release date and you can look forward to seeing it in theaters during the holidays in 2019!

The DC Comics Extended Universe film will be released on December 13, 2019.

Gal Gadot is confirmed to star in the upcoming movie and the first film’s director Patty Jenkins is in talks to return as well.

Until the Wonder Woman sequel is released, you can see Gal play the superhero in Justice League, in theaters on November 17.

Angelina Jolie Has a Movie Premiering at TIFF in September!

Fans of Angelina Jolie should start looking into flights to Toronto as she’ll be at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival in September to premiere her latest movie!

The 42-year-old Oscar-winning actress directed the upcoming movie First They Killed My Father about the Khmer Rouge genocide in Cambodia.

The film, produced with Netflix, had its world premiere a few months ago in Cambodia and the event was attended by Angelina and her six children.

Some other big movies that will get premieres in Toronto are Jennifer Lawrence‘s mother!, George Clooney‘s Suburbicon, and Emma Stone‘s Battle of the Sexes.

The first trailer for Netflix’s new film Message From the King has just debuted and it looks like it’s going to be great!

Here’s a synopsis: On a relentless quest to avenge his sister’s murder, a man from Cape Town (Chadwick Boseman) infiltrates a sprawling network of lowlifes and elites in Los Angeles.

Luke Evans, Teresa Palmer, and Alfred Molina also star in the film, which is set to debut on the streaming service in just a few weeks, beginning on August 4.

Johnny Depp in 'Richard Says Goodbye' - First Look Photo!

Johnny Depp is starring in the brand new movie Richard Says Goodbye, and we have the first look photo here for you to check out.

The film just started shooting in Vancouver, Canada and some new cast members were also added to the movie. Danny Huston, Rosemarie DeWitt, Zoey Deutch, Devon Terrell, and Odessa Young will also star alongside Johnny. The movie is written and directed by Wayne Roberts.

No release date has been set just yet.

'James Bond' 25 Gets 2019 Release Date!

The 25th James Bond film has been officially given a 2019 release date.

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Eon Productions made the announcement on Monday (July 24) that the new movie will hit theaters on November 8, 2019.

Noticeably missing from the announcement was who will be playing James Bond. Rumors have been swirling that Daniel Craig, the most recent Bond, may or may not reprise his role as 007.

The full cast and director are expected to be released at a later date. Sources tell Variety that Daniel could be back for more more Bond film.

The most recent Bond film, Spectre, made $880.7 million globally.

Sarah Paulson Joins M. Night Shyamalan's 'Glass'

Sarah Paulson has joined the cast of M. Night Shyamalan’s thriller Glass, which is a sequel to 2000′s Unbreakable.

Glass will star original Split‘s James McAvoy and Anya Taylor-Joy, and Unbreakable‘s Bruce Willis, and Samuel L. Jackson.

The movie will hit theaters on January 18, 2019.

The news was announced by the director of the movie, writing, “Incredibly fortunate to round out our iconic cast of actors on #Glass. @MsSarahPaulson will be joining us.”
